Please read these Terms of Service carefuly before using ProofNest operated by us. By using the platform, you agree to these legal terms.
1. What ProofNest Is
ProofNest is a SaaS platform that allows businesses, creators, and individuals (“Account Holders”) to collect testimonials from their customers via shareable forms, manage those testimonials in a dashboard, and embed them on their websites using customisable widgets.

3. Acceptable Use
You must NOT use ProofNest for any of the following:
- •Collect/display fake testimonials
- •Violate data protection laws
- •Reverse-engineer the platform
- •Send spam or unsolicited ads
- •Transmit malicious code/viruses
- •Bypass plan restrictions
4. Testimonial Consent
You are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate consent from testimonial submitters. ProofNest acts as a processor; the Account Holder is the controller.
6. Plans, Payments & Billing
Billing Partner
Handled via Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
No Refunds
Fees are advanced. No partial refunds for early cancellations.
Pricing Changes
We provide 30 days notice for any price modifications.
11. Account Termination
You may cancel anytime. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-termination before being permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.
12. Liability
“Total liability limited to 3 months of subscription payments.”
14. Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Primary jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
